Quick commands in Microsoft Office Through a Keyboard

Keyboard shortcuts are doing a quick command in Microsoft Ofiice or in Explorer by pressing a key or combination of keys on the keyboard may be we need to know the following:

Home = Move cursor to the start page
End = Move the cursor to the end of the page
Insert = Stick to copy or transfer (see above)
Page Up = Displays a window to the top
Page Down = Displays the window down
Num Lock = Turn on / off the keypad numbers
Esc = Cancel last command / close the dialog box
Tab = Move text one tab, or move from one drawing to the next drawing selected
Backspace = Delete one character to the left of the cursor
Enabling the Caps Lock = a CAPITAL letter
Delete = Delete one character to the right of the cursor
F1 = Display help
F2 = Move text / rename files
F4 = Repeat last action
F5 = Go to … = / “Ctrl” “G”
F6 = Move to next frame
F7 = Check spelling
F8 = Delete selected text
F9 = Updating field
F 10 = Bring the letter shortcut (shortcut) on the menu or toolbar
F 11 = Move to the next field
F12 = Save the file with a new name (Save As)
Ctrl 0 = Raise or lower one space
Ctrl 1 = Make selected text to be spaced 1
